Majestical Events is a luxury photography and modeling event house based in Athens, Greece, operating the website themajestical.com. For all data protection enquiries, we act as the data controller.

When you apply through our form, we collect:

• Instagram handle
• Email address
• Phone number (with country code)
• Full name (optional)
• Any biographical information you choose to include
• Photographs you upload as part of your application

We also automatically receive limited technical data when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed). See our Cookie Policy for details.

We process your data on the following lawful bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — when you voluntarily submit an application form or upload photographs, you give us explicit consent to review and process this information for casting purposes.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for communicating with you about your application, organising events, site security and analytics in aggregated form.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — where we are required to retain certain records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your contact details with sponsoring brands without your explicit prior consent.

We only share your data with trusted service providers strictly to deliver our services:

• Resend (resend.com) — to deliver transactional emails (application confirmations and internal notifications).
• Lovable / Cloudflare — for website hosting and content delivery.
• Casting team & production crew — selected members who review applications under confidentiality.
• Competent authorities — only where legally required.

Where these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

• Successful applications: kept for the duration of our collaboration plus 3 years.
• Unsuccessful applications: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless you ask to remain on file for future castings.
• Email correspondence: kept for up to 24 months.
• Website logs and analytics: kept for up to 14 months.

You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict how we process your data
• Receive a copy in a portable, machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr)

To exercise any of the rights above, simply email contact@themajestical.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, vetted service providers, and limited access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to minimise risk.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
